New Moon in Leo 2023 transit: A short story by the moon
The night sky is darker than usual looking up from Earth as my body glides closer to the golden, glowing sun, my distant star lover. Today especially I can feel his warm washing over my face as I swim through his own sign of Leo. Our monthly dance is coming to a close as I move closer and closer until tonight when we meet below the horizon at 11:53pm. Early in the morning, Jupiter in slow moving Taurus squares off with my fiery horns gleaming in my moonlight reminding me to look inward at the more boring, practical and patient steps needed to continue my journey of expansion, education and growth. Thankfully by 2:44pm I move into line making a conjunction with the beautiful goddess Venus, who has happily been bathing in the sunlight of Leo a bit extra this summer.
